What is it?
CarBoard is a toy car ramp, made of 100% recycled corrugated paper and completely produced in America. It is lightweight, portable, expandable and can be placed on any elevated surface you can think of. The 3 inch track lanes accommodate nearly all existing toy vehicles on the market, the possibilities are endless of what you can race. Not to mention it’s also easy to set up & put away!

The Backstory:
Hi, my name is Blake! My family and I have been developing this toy together over the past year. It all started with a large box we received with a delivery. Part of that box sparked an idea for a ramp on the stairs for my son’s cars. That idea kept expanding, and we began building prototypes.
After a year of testing various designs and materials, and contacting multiple manufacturers, we found the right fit. Working with Supply One, a company located in Weyers Cave, Virginia (very local to us!), we have designed and produced a unique but simple toy, and we are so excited about the possibilities.
The Product Details:
The CarBoard ramp is made of high quality recycled corrugated paper (aka cardboard), that is manufactured, cut, printed, folded, and shipped in the US.
Each set comes with two 24-inch sections that can be connected for a long ramp, or used independently for two shorter ramps. Additional sets can be connected to make extremely long ramps too!
The ramp has two 3-inch wide lanes that fit all kinds of cars. Larger cars can even ride down the middle if they don’t fit in the lane itself.
The ramp also has a notch for the included starting line. Simply line up 2 cars against the insert, and lift for race time!
When your kids are done racing, CarBoard can disconnect for easier storage. Given the material, it’s light & easily maneuverable.

Our plan is to successfully launch this Kickstarter, then open an Etsy store. After we get everything rolling we plan on expanding our products. We want to add ramps, curves, loops! Thank you for your support and we look forward to you enjoying CarBoard like we do.
