Thank you for your business. Carboard Toys strives to provide you with great quality toys and customer service. If for any reason, your toy race tracks arrive broken or breaks within 30 days of receiving it, we will offer you a refund or replace the item. Because we want our customers to be happy, we cover the return shipping costs to ship the items back to us. Please contact us at: fun@carboardtoys.com to start the return process and receive a shipping label. Items for a return must be mailed back within 30 days. LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES POLICY

If you believe your item has been lost or stolen in the shipping process, please contact us at fun@carboardtoys.com. We will investigate with the shipping company and replace the package.
